Shipping policy

Free shipping to Spain and the entire European Union on orders over €39. On orders under €39, standard shipping costs €4.95 in Spain and €6.95 in the rest of the European Union.

Order processing: orders are prepared within 1 to 3 business days after confirmation.

Estimated delivery time: between 7 and 15 business days from order confirmation, depending on the product and destination country.

Tracking: you will receive an email with the confirmation and tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Shipping zones: we ship to Spain and all European Union countries. Taxes (VAT) are included in the price, so you will not have to pay any additional customs charges.

Delays: during periods of high demand or holidays, delivery times may be slightly extended. We will keep you informed at all times.
