Delivery

How much does delivery cost?
Delivery is free on orders from €39. Below that, standard delivery is €4.95 in Spain and €6.95 in the rest of the European Union.

How long will my order take?
It depends on the product, and you can see it on the product page before you buy. We prepare the order in 1-3 working days, and from there there are two lead times:

2 to 5 working days if the item ships from a warehouse in Spain or the European Union. You can find them together in the Fast delivery from Europe collection.
7 to 15 working days if it ships from the manufacturer's warehouse.

If your order mixes the two, the items may arrive separately. We do not charge you extra delivery for that.

Where do you ship to?
We ship to Spain and to every country in the European Union.

Will I have to pay customs?
No. VAT is included in the price, so you will not pay any extra charges when your order arrives.

Can I track my order?
Yes. You will get an email with the confirmation and the tracking number as soon as the order ships.

Returns and guarantee

How long do I have to return something?
You have 14 calendar days from delivery to request a return, under EU consumer law.

What condition does the product need to be in?
Unused and in its original packaging, with all its accessories.

What if it arrives faulty or it is not what I ordered?
Write to us with your order number and a photo. We sort it out at no cost to you.

When do I get my refund?
Once the return has been received and checked, we refund to the same payment method you used.

Payment

Which payment methods do you accept?
Card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro), PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Bancontact, BLIK, MobilePay and Union Pay.

Can I pay in instalments?
Yes, with Klarna. You will see the option at checkout.

Is it safe to pay here?
Yes. Payment is processed through Shopify's encrypted checkout. We never store your card details.

Products

Do the products come with a guarantee?
Yes. Every product carries the 3-year legal guarantee of conformity set out by Spanish consumer law.

Are the reviews real?
Yes, and we will tell you where they come from. Most are reviews from verified buyers of the same product on the marketplace where the manufacturer sells it, imported through Judge.me, which labels them (out of store) so you can tell them apart from ours. We do not edit them, we do not hide the negative ones, and we never publish a review written by us.

What are the packs?
Combinations of products we already sell separately, discounted for buying them together. Every pack shows you what the individual pieces cost and how many euros you save. The crossed-out price is the real sum of its components, not decoration.
