Refund policy

You have 14 calendar days from receiving your item to request a return, in line with European consumer law.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at infoaccesorioscar@gmail.com with your order number. We will send you the return address and full instructions once your request is accepted — please don't send anything back before contacting us, as returns sent without a prior request cannot be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and put it right at no cost to you.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain items cannot be returned: perishable goods, custom or personalised products, and personal care goods. We also cannot accept returns of hazardous materials or flammable liquids and gases. Get in touch if you have questions about a specific item.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the new one.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period
If the goods are shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unused, with tags and in its original packaging, along with the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund was approved. If approved, you will be refunded automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Bear in mind that your bank or card issuer may take additional time to process and post the refund.
